The fifth is assign personnel roles, It is your assign students to be your proxy if needed but still you must choose a trustworthy person to do the task. the sixth is implement instruction, In implementing the instruction, you must implement the things that you want them to achieve so that they have the courage to do it. the seventh is Evaluate outcomes. After they have done all the things that you have instructed, you should know if it is effective or if it has a good outcome. and the last is to refine the process. After you evaluate you refine the process if it is really an effective strategy. If not you must do another systematic instruction to achieve your goal as a teacher.
