I. Systematic Approach to Teaching
The first thing you need to do according to the circular web is Define objective. This will help you to know what do you want to achieve for your students or what are the things they need to learn in your subject matter. Second, is you will choose appropriate method. Methods are very important to know or to have first before you teach if you are going demonstrate, Discuss, Presentation of a video, Pictures etc. Of course you will choose the appropriate method that can be so effective and helpful for your students to understand deeply your topic. third is choose appropriate experiences. It is the activities that you want them to experience from your lesson. fourth is Select materials, equipment and facilities, It is very important to have a good environment and a place that can be related from your lesson, if you are teaching Chemistry you need to be in a science laboratory with the materials on it for better learning. The fifth is assign personnel roles, It is your assign students to be your proxy if needed but still you must choose a trustworthy person to do the task. the sixth is implement instruction, In implementing the instruction, you must implement the things that you want them to achieve so that they have the courage to do it. the seventh is Evaluate outcomes. After they have done all the things that you have instructed, you should know if it is effective or if it has a good outcome. and the last is to refine the process. After you evaluate you refine the process if it is really an effective strategy. If not you must do another systematic instruction to achieve your goal as a teacher.
The Center of it is the students. Because this is a learner centered learning. The students must be given the full attention and the learning and knowledge must be attained to them.
